Stars for Saskatchewan presents: Henderson Kolk Duo | March 3 

On March 3rd, the Stars for Saskatchewan concert series will feature the Henderson Kolk Duo at Yorkton Regional High School’s Anne Portnuff Theatre. Drew Henderson and Michael Kolk bring a “warm and intimate sound” to their original guitar arrangements. This Canadian duo also frequently translates symphonic and piano pieces, such as arrangements by Mozart, Bach, and Schubert, into their own duo guitar style. The show starts at 7:30 pm and tickets are $37 for adults, $16 for students 7-18 years old, and $11 for children 6 years and under.
 

Stars for Saskatchewan presents: The Chooi Brothers | March 14 

Stars for Saskatchewan will present another exciting event at the Anne Portnuff Theatre on March 14th, when the talented Chooi brothers will be performing. Brothers Nikki and Timothy Chooi are a world-class violin duo who have performed as concerto soloists and in metropolitan symphonies. They are now on tour with pianist Philip Chiu, who was the inaugural winner of the 2015 Prix Goyer. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to listen to world-class classical music live in an intimate venue. Show starts at 7:30 pm and tickets are $37 for adults, $16 for students 7-18 years old, and $11 for children 6 years and under.
 

Painted Hand Casino presents: Emeralds Cabaret | March 17

A great way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with live music and lots of dancing! The Emeralds Show and Dance Band are originally from Edmonton, Alberta, and have toured all over the world, including in New Zealand, Australia, London, Hong Kong, and many more places. With 29 recorded albums and gold, platinum, and double platinum awards, they know just how to get a party started. This show is free to attend, with doors opening at 8 pm and the cabaret beginning at 9 pm. You must be 19 years or older to attend.
