Annual Fruit, Flower, and Vegetable Show | August 7

 
This August 7th, the Yorkton and District Agricultural Society present their yearly Fruit, Flower, and Vegetable show. Everyone is welcome to attend this event at the St. Gerard’s Parish Complex. This event gives you a chance to check out “the best of gardening season” from Yorkton and the surrounding areas. You’ll also have a chance to meet and talk with the people who really know a thing or two about growing your favourite fruits and vegetables and gorgeous flowers. Admission to the show includes tea or coffee and some nibbles to snack on, and the event is open to all ages.
 

Yorkton Farmer’s Market | Every Thursday and Saturday

 
Head to Yorkton’s Parkland Mall every Thursday and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm to check out the great local Farmer’s Market. There’s no shortage of delicious eats here, whether you want to stock up on some healthy fruit and vegetables or treat yourself to some handmade baked goods. Be sure to bring your reusable bags and load up on everything you need for a nice picnic! Everything at the Farmer’s Market is local and seasonal, so you always get the freshest, tastiest food around. You can also shop for other wares like artisan crafts and gifts.
