Despite its small size, Yorkton is home to some of the best restaurants in the province of Saskatchewan. Whether you’re in the mood for authentic Japanese sushi or a mouthwatering steak, you’ll find a plethora of dining options here. Keep reading to discover our top three favourite restaurants in Yorkton.

Mr Mikes SteakhouseCasual

Mr Mikes Steakhouse Casual is just as the name suggests, a laid back steakhouse with delicious food and no frills. On the menu, patrons will find affordable AAA signature steaks, salads, pasta bowls, and of course, the famous Mike Burgers (of which there are several different kinds, including a plant-based option and a bacon mushroom burger served on a signature toasted garlic bun). Currently, Mr Mikes Steakhouse Casual is available for dine-in and take out, and is open for lunch and dinner daily.

Arigato Sushi

If it’s authentic Japanese cuisine you’re after, look no further than Arigato Sushi. This menu has all your favourite Japanese dishes, from chicken teriyaki to miso soup. But if you like sushi, then that’s definitely what you should try at Arigato. Here, you’ll find several pages worth of sushi options, including classics like the California Roll and the Spicy Salmon Roll, as well as nigiri sushi. Whatever you do, be sure to try the local favourite. It’s part of the restaurant’s Special Roll selection and it’s called the Crazy Roll. It is essentially a deep fried California roll with spicy sauce, and it is incredible!

Mano’s Restaurant and Lounge

Mano’s opened in Yorkton in 2001, and it has quickly become a staple of the community. This fine dining establishment is perfect for a night out with your partner. Mano’s specializes in food that is a blend of Greek, Italian, and American cuisine. This results in menu items like Shrimp Scampi, Greek Salad, Pita Bread with Tzatziki, and Greek Ribs. There is also an entire section of the menu dedicated to pizza, as well as an impressive selection of steak and prime rib options. If you really want to go big, we recommend ordering The Feast. It comes with two lobster tails, baby back ribs, shrimp scampi, and filet mignon, and is meant for two people to share.

If you plan on going out to eat while in Yorkton, then you’ll want to book a room at the Home Inn & Suites Yorkton. A convenient location, top-notch accommodation, and luxe amenities await.
