From a haunted Halloween scavenger hunt to live performances from local artists, there’s tons of great events happening around Yorkton this month.

Spooky Stroll

Held at the Western Development Museum, this immersive Halloween event is for kids ages 5 to 12. On the Spooky Stroll, visitors take a photo at the selfie-station with Buster the Ghost. Then, they must help Buster look for his 13 family members that are hidden all throughout the different museum galleries. Don’t forget to wear your Halloween costume and pick up your colouring sheet and candy before you leave!

Saskatchewan singer-songwriter Megan Nash performs at the Lyric Theatre on October 29th. The indie rock artist is a multi-Juno Award and Western Canadian Music Awards nominee and a mainstay at local events like the Regina Folk Festival and the Ness Creek Music Festival. Her most recent single “Coffee, from her upcoming album due out in November, was released earlier this month.
